The former Center Lake Hotel, originally built in 1966, has been fully rehabilitated and converted into 137 units of permanent supportive housing for some of the most vulnerable Veterans. Step Up now provides housing and supportive services to Veterans experiencing chronic homelessness and earning less than 30% of the median average income.

The conversion included all structural and safety upgrades, full ADA compliance, and new common areas such as a community room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Each unit features new flooring and kitchenettes, creating a safe and dignified place to call home.
